WHO ARE WE?

Climb Capital is currently focused on the next BIGGEST OPPORTUNITY in real estate: RV Parks. Our team are operators first, we are mostly veterans and pilots, we have spent the last decade buying multifamily apartments, and now we are far ahead of this next exciting trend.

Our investing philosophy

Climb Capital is a commercial real estate investment company based in Pensacola, FL. Founded and managed by former military aviators, our purpose is to create value for our investors and stakeholders. We spent the last 8 years focused on value-add workforce housing and in 2022 we pivoted to the RV park space where we already have experience in this highly fragmented industry with extremely favorable macro trends. By modernizing and efficiently managing these destinations we have been able to consistently reach mission success. We are independent thinkers who do what is right, not what is trendy. We are strategic and adaptable. We move fast, but smart. We take ownership of our successes and failures, and communicate whether good or bad. We persist in the face of obstacles. We seek to be humble and stay loyal. We realize that success is not a destination but a journey and we want to invite you on the path.

We spent the last 8 years focused on value-add workforce housing and in 2020 we pivoted to the RV park space. By modernizing and efficiently managing these assets we have been able to have proven success.
